3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1. Appointment Scheduling
Clients can schedule appointments through our online booking system or by contacting our office. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
3.2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Late payments may incur additional charges. Details of pricing and payment schedules will be provided in the service agreement.
5. Guarantee and Liability
Gardening Blackwall is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results due to variables beyond our control, such as weather conditions and soil quality.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information about their property and specific requirements
- Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times
- Obtain any necessary permissions or permits for changes to the landscape
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the provision of services and may incur additional costs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Gardening Blackwall, including designs, plans, and documents, is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use this content for personal use only.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gardening Blackwall regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
